it starts with strategy — decoding your salon’s identity and defining your creative brief. using our 12 dm lab base lines, we create six custom product prototypes and six fragrances for in-salon testing. your team trials, refines, and selects the final range. then, we move into creative — a full-day campaign shoot capturing your salon’s signature energy. the journey ends with your products bottled, co-branded, and ready for your shelves.
